Hailing from New York, Splattered Entrails was initially a one man project by Mike O’Hara and was formed in 2004. Splattered Entrails then became a 4 piece, featuring Mike O'Hara on guitars, Mike DeFilippi on drums, Tyler Lauer on vocals and Billy Haiduk on bass.
